We have lift off!

Just e-mailed my first weekly e-mail to all trialists (I'm offering free e-mails and bets in October). No bets advised but a few horses to keep an eye on and a few races I will be looking at over the next three days with the possibility of a bet (a small possibility to be fair). I had forgotten how much work there was involved and the season hasn't really taken off at all yet so what its going to be like by Christmas I shudder to think. But you have to put the work in if you want results so I know it will pay off.

ISIRIS has put up Albertas Run ew in the Gold Cup and that has seen his price halve from 33/1 to 16/1. As he says a pretty obvious bet as the winner of the Sun Alliance Chase but opposition does seem weak. I'm happy to hold fire on all Ante Post bets for the season and see how things pan out. The nearest I am to a bet is Kasbah Bliss in the World Hurdle. I read today the trainer has confirmed he is training him for the race and he will be out a month before. He was not far off in a very good renewal last year and has improved significantly since. His price is just a shade too short at the moment, but I will be watching betfair closely and looking to build up a nice position over the coming months. I will also take a view just before Ingles Drever runs because if he runs and wins Kasbah will drift but if he runs and loses Kasbah will shorten.

Anyway off to see my sons new secondary school this evening and it makes you realise how quickly time flys!

Enjoy yourseves and be lucky.

Cheers

Adrian
